August brings a mix of expansion, reinvention, and fresh opportunities across the UK leisure industry.

Holiday park operators are strengthening their regional presence and earning recognition for the quality of their offerings, while golf clubs are focusing on participation and the future of the game. The reopening of London’s Imperial Hotel following its major transformation highlights the continued evolution of the hospitality sector, alongside new fitness facilities and upgrades to community leisure provision.

From stadium investment to innovative education-led hospitality ventures, the month reveals an industry finding new ways to grow and adapt.
